§ 50.008 PREPARATION FOR COLLECTION.
   (A)   Regulation of the time, manner and place of collection and the time for which receptacles must be placed out for collections and returned to storage after collections shall be subject to the rules. The code official shall be authorized to grant certain exemptions from this section in accordance with the rules.
   (B)   During the week while waste is being stored and accumulated for ultimate disposal, all waste shall be stored inside of a building. However, waste may be stored outside of a building in an approved receptacle under the rules. Outside storage of waste in any front or side yard as defined by the zoning code is prohibited.
   (C)   All refuse stored in an approved receptacle shall be placed in a plastic garbage bag meeting the criteria established by the rules.
   (D)   All yard waste shall be stored in an approved receptacle. Yard waste shall be prepared and placed for collection in accordance with the schedule adopted by the city.
