§ 37.061 MARKET YIELD (BENCHMARK).
   (A)   The city’s investment strategy is active.
   (B)   Given this strategy, the basis used by the Treasurer to decide whether market yields are being achieved shall be the 90-day national average CD as published in newspapers of national circulation.
