§ 37.053 AUTHORIZED AND SUITABLE INVESTMENTS.

The city is empowered by state law to invest in certain types of securities, and make only those approved investments permitted by state law, (Public Act 7 of 1967, being M.L.C.A. §§ 124.501 through 124.512, Public Act 367 of 1982, being M.C.L.A. §§ 129.111 through 129.118 and Public Act 121 of 1985, being M.C.L.A. §§ 129.141 through 129.150).
