The city shall be divided into seven election precincts, the boundaries and numbers of which shall be as follows.
(A) Precinct No. 1. All that portion of the city bounded upon the south by the center line of Evaline Street; upon the west by the westerly city limits of the city; upon the north by the northerly city limits of the city; and upon the east by the center line of Lumpkin Avenue.
(B) Precinct No. 2. All that portion of the city bounded upon the south by the center line of Evaline Street; upon the west by the center line of Lumpkin Avenue; upon the north by the northerly city limits of the city; and upon the east by the center line of Joseph Campau Avenue.
(C) Precinct No. 3. All that portion of the city bounded upon the south by the center line of Caniff Street; upon the west by the center line of Joseph Campau Avenue; upon the north by the northerly city limits of the city; and upon the east by the easterly city limits of the city.
(D) Precinct No. 4. All that portion of the city bounded upon the south by the center line of Holbrook Street from the center line of Gallagher; north to the center line of Evaline, upon the west by the center line of the Joseph Campau Avenue; upon the north by the center line of Caniff Street; and upon the east by the easterly city limits of the city.
(E) Precinct No. 5. All that portion of the city bounded upon the south by Holbrook Street from the center line of Gallagher to the center line of Joseph Campau Avenue; south to the line extending from the center line of Geimer Street and again continuing along west to Holbrook St.; upon the west by the westerly city limits of the city; upon the north by the center line of Evaline Street; and upon the east by the center line of Joseph Campau Avenue.
(F) Precinct No. 6. All that portion of the city bounded upon the south by the southerly city limits of the city; upon the west by the westerly city limits of the city; upon the north by Geimer Street; and upon the east by the center line of Joseph Campau Avenue.
(G) Precinct No. 7. All that portion of the city bounded upon the south by the southerly city limits of the city; upon the west by the center line of Joseph Campau Avenue; upon the north by the center line of Holbrook Street; and upon the east by the easterly city limits of the city.
