§ 33.045 UNLAWFUL TO NEGLECT OR REFUSE TO RESPOND TO ASSIGNMENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any civilian crossing guard to knowingly and willfully neglect or refuse to respond for assignment or duty when called under rules and regulations as promulgated by the Chief of Police.
