§ 31.015 DEPARTMENTS; SUPERVISION; CITY MANAGER.

   The administrative service of the city shall consist of the following departments and shall be under the supervision of the City Manager.

   (A)   Assessing Department;

   (B)   Community and Economic Development Department;

   (C)   Finance Department;

   (D)   Fire Department;

   (E)   Office of the City Clerk;

   (F)   Police Department; and

   (G)   Public Services Department.
