§ 10.011 OFFICIAL TIME.
   Eastern Standard Daylight Time (EDT), based on the seventy-fifth meridian of longitude west from Greenwich, shall be the official time of the city. Eastern Standard Daylight Time (EDT) shall be adopted, beginning at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March until the first Sunday in November until 2:00 a.m.
