A. All unpaved areas within street rights of way shall be sodded with a quality sod as approved by the village engineer. Before release of the subdivider's performance guarantee, all unpaved areas between the edge of the roadway and the right of way line must have an adequate mat of grass. (Ord. 01-25, 8-16-2001)
B. Landscaping shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of chapter 5, "Building Regulations", article XVI, "Trees And General Landscaping Requirements", of this code.
C. Trees shall be preserved, and may be removed, in accordance with the requirements of chapter 5, "Building Regulations", article XVI, "Trees And General Landscaping Requirements", of this code. (Ord. 02-54, 12-19-2002)
