7-3-9: STORMWATER CONTROL:

Compare to:

A. Stormwater control shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of chapter 11 of this code.

B. The stormwater control system shall be installed in accordance with the specifications of the village engineer.

C. When required by the village engineer, storm sewers shall be constructed throughout an entire subdivision, subject to the following:

1. A storm sewer system shall be separate and independent of the sanitary sewer system.

2. The storm sewer system shall provide an adequate outlet. (Ord. 01-25, 8-16-2001)
