A. All parkways within the dedicated street area or other public use areas shall be graded in an approved manner. (Ord. 01-25, 8-16-2001)

B. The requirements of chapter 5, "Building Regulations", article XVI, "Trees And General Landscaping Requirements", of this code shall apply to all subdivisions in the village. (Ord. 02-54, 12-19-2002)
