All sidewalks shall be installed in accordance with the specifications of the village engineer.

Concrete sidewalks shall be installed within the right of way of each street as directed by the village engineer and in accordance with the requirements of section 7-4-6 of this chapter.

All sidewalks shall be continuous along vacant lots before streets are accepted. (Ord. 01-25, 8-16-2001)
