The regulations set forth in this Chapter 7 shall be applicable to all subdivisions and resubdivisions of unimproved land and areas subject to redevelopment within the corporate limits of the Village of Hampshire and all contiguous unincorporated territory not more than one and one-half (11/2) miles beyond the corporate limits of the Village and not included in any other municipality. (1985 Code)
