A. Any person, firm or corporation, or agent, employee or contractor of such, who violates, destroys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists enforcement of any provision of this Chapter, shall be subject to a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense.
B. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
C. Costs of prosecution shall also be assessed. (1985 Code)
