6-5-5: EXEMPTIONS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY USES:

A. The following public utility uses are permitted in any district: poles, towers, wires, cables, conduits, vaults, laterals, pipes, mains, valves, or any other similar distributing equipment.

B. Outdoor coin telephones and booths are permitted in business and manufacturing districts only, provided that installation shall conform with rules and regulations of the applicable administrative authorities. (1985 Code)
