Any additions to the incorporated area of the Village resulting from disconnection by the County or otherwise shall be automatically classified among the E-1 Estate Districts until otherwise classified by amendment, or unless an agreement in writing is entered into between the corporate authorities and the owners of record in any territory which may be annexed to this Municipality in accordance with the provisions of 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-15.1 as amended.
