A. The tax authorized by this article is hereby established at a rate of six percent (6%) of the gross charge for telecommunications purchased at retail. (Ord. 09-45, 12-3-2009)
B. The village may from time to time change the rate of tax imposed hereunder, in accordance with the requirements of state law. (Ord. 04-19, 6-17-2004)
