Whenever any person shall fail to pay any amount due under this article, the Village Attorney or Village Prosecutor shall, upon request of the Village President or Village Administrator, or his or her respective designee, bring or cause to be brought an action to enforce the payment of said amount on behalf of the Village in any court of competent jurisdiction.
