Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-146 et seq., there is hereby established in the Town of Hammonton, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, a position to be known and designated as "Municipal Tax Assessor." Said position shall be established as a full-time position, and any appointee to said position shall work on the duties thereof during normal business hours on each weekday or at such other times as can be agreed upon by the governing body.
