§ 35-26. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to comply with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-146.1 et seq. A review of the Code of the Town of Hammonton reveals that the municipal ordinances are in conflict with the aforementioned state statute which abolished a Municipal Board of Assessors.
