§ 35-23. Qualifications.
   The minimum requirements for the position include:
   A.   Two years of experience in work involving the processing, reviewing and issuing of building construction permits.
   B.   Thorough knowledge of the provisions of the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code.
   C.   A resident of the Town of Hammonton.
   D.   A high school diploma or a general equivalency diploma (GED).
   E.   The ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English. Communication may include American Sign Language and/or Braille.
   F.   The ability to type and handle clerical duties.
