§ 3-4. Designation of employee to implement provisions.

There shall be designated by the public agency an officer or employee who will maintain liaison with and assist the State Treasurer in the implementation of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 to 10:5-38).
