There is hereby created in the Town of Hammonton the position of Technical Assistant, Office of the Construction Official. It is the express purpose of this article to properly title the duties presently being performed by the clerk typist in that same department and to comply with the titling regulations of the New Jersey Department of Civil Service, Division of Local Government Services.
