CODE OF THE TOWN OF HAMMONTON
Land Use Legislation of the Town of Hammonton
§ 35-12. Term.  
[Amended 3-26-2012 by Ord. No. 4B-2012]
   The term of office for a municipal clerk shall be three years and upon re-appointment the Municipal Clerk shall become tenured upon completion of his/her fifth year in office.
