CODE OF THE TOWN OF HAMMONTON
Land Use Legislation of the Town of Hammonton
§ 35-10. Duties.
[Amended 3-26-2012 by Ord. No. 4B-2012]
   The Municipal Clerk shall perform all duties of the Clerk of the Town of Hammonton, as may be prescribed by the statutes of the State of New Jersey and particularly N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133.
