A. Hours of employment limited. The normal workweek of employment for the Chief Radio Operator and the radio operators of the Town of Hammonton shall be 40 hours.
B. Emergencies. In case of an emergency the Mayor, the Chairperson of the Law and Order Committee of the Common Council or the Chief of Police shall have full authority to summon and keep on duty any and all such radio operators during the period of emergency. The determination of the Mayor or the Chairperson of the Law and Order Committee as to the existence of an emergency shall be conclusive.
