A. Any person found guilty of violating any portion of this article shall be subject to a fine according to the following schedule:
(1) First offense: written warning;
(2) Second offense: Fine of $50.
(3) Third offense: Fine of $100 to $300; and
(4) Fourth or multiple offense: A fine not to exceed $500 and up to 30 days' community service.
B. Any person found guilty of violating § 275-39 shall be subject to a fine of $500 for each twenty-four-hour period or part thereof for which it can be proven that the violation occurred.
C. Any violation occurring within 24 hours of any declaration issued pursuant to this article shall result in a warning and shall not be considered an offense.
