Editor's Note: Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I). No person shall hereafter be permitted to tie a water service line or new water main into the existing water system of the Town of Hammonton until the plan or plans of such tie-in or main shall have been submitted to and approved by the Water Superintendent. Such approval must be in writing or be stamped on such plan or plans.
