For the use of water, there shall be charged the following semi-annual rates, to begin the billing cycle following adoption of Ord. No. 006-2015:
A. For the first 3,000 cubic feet or less: $140.
B. From 3,001 to 5,000 cubic feet: $32 per 1,000 cubic feet.
C. From 5,001 to 10,000 cubic feet: $34 per 1,000 cubic feet.
D. For each 1,000 cubic feet over 10,000 cubic feet: $36.
