§ 274-4. Violations and penalties.
   Any person who shall violate any of the terms or provisions of this chapter or do any act or thing herein prohibited shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days, as shall be determined and imposed by the Municipal Judge before whom such person shall be tried and convicted; provided, however, that such Municipal Judge shall have the power, in his/her discretion, to impose both fine and imprisonment not exceeding the respective maximum limits herein fixed.
