The fire apparatus, fire-fighting equipment and vehicles, emergency apparatus, equipment and vehicles, highway apparatus, equipment and vehicles and police apparatus, equipment and vehicles owned by the Town of Hammonton shall not be taken outside the Town of Hammonton limits of said town by any person or persons other than an authorized employee or representative of the Town of Hammonton without first obtaining the consent of the Mayor and Council of said Town of Hammonton, expressed in a duly adopted resolution thereof, except as hereinafter provided.
