§ 271-38. Prohibitions; enforcement; violations and penalties.
   A.   No person shall operate or use any motor vehicle in such a fashion which is discourteous and/or which causes public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm to other operators of motor vehicles and/or pedestrians and/or residents within the confines of the Town of Hammonton.
   B.   Any officer or member of the Hammonton Police Department shall have the power and authority to arrest, without warrant, any person found by him/her violating any of the provisions of this article or committing any of the acts herein specifically or generally set forth.
   C.   Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punished for each offense by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
   D.   If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this article is, for any reason, held to be unconstitutionally erroneous and/or incorrect, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this article.
   E.   All ordinances or parts of ordinances of the Town of Hammonton, heretofore adopted, which are inconsistent with any of the terms and provisions of this article are hereby repealed to the extent of any inconsistency.
   F.   This article shall take effect immediately upon its final passage and publication as provided by law.
