Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, under the authority and direction of, and subject to the limitations of a certain resolution of the Atlantic County Board of Freeholders adopted March 12, 1958, the following Atlantic County roads and streets as described and designated are hereby designated as "through streets." Stop signs shall be installed on all intersecting roadways pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-141 as amended.
