§ 271-4. When effective.

This chapter shall take effect upon passage and publication as provided by law and upon its approval by the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New Jersey. Editor's Note: Approved by the New Jersey Department of Transportation February 8, 1974; resolution of consent adopted September 8, 1971 by the Atlantic County Board of Chosen Freeholders for regulations on county roads.
