§ 267-16. Planting of new trees.

Where it is impossible to retain existing trees or any tree with a diameter of 10 inches or greater, the developer shall replant one inch of new tree diameter for every four inches of existing tree diameter removed. New trees shall have a minimum diameter of two inches and shall be guaranteed for two growing seasons.
