§ 267-12. Application fees.
   A.   For the issuance of a permit, the applicant shall pay to the Town of Hammonton the following fees, based upon the application required:
      (1)   Street trees (covered under § 267-11A): No fee will be required unless the applicant wishes to have his/her permit reviewed by a certified tree expert either upon initial review or as an appeal to a disapproval of the permit by the Environmental Commission. A fee of $50 will be provided to defray the cost of the expert evaluation and analysis to be performed by a certified tree expert, who shall issue his/her findings and recommendation(s) to the Environmental Commission.
      (2)   Trees on new development lots (covered under § 267-11C): $50 to defray the cost of the evaluation and analysis to be performed by a certified tree expert, who shall issue his/her findings and recommendation(s) to the Environmental Commission.
      (3)   Trees on developed lots (covered under § 267-11D): No fee will be required unless the applicant wishes to have his/her permit reviewed by a certified tree expert either upon initial review or as an appeal to a disapproval of the permit by the Environmental Commission. A fee of $50 will be provided to defray the cost of the expert evaluation and analysis to be performed by a certified expert, who shall issue his/her findings and recommendations to the Environmental Commission.
      (4)   Minor development of one single-family resident where the removal of fewer than 10 trees is required: $25.
      (5)   Any minor subdivision of two or more lots or a minor site plan development where the removal of the trees is required: $150 plus escrow fees.
      (6)   Any major subdivision or major site plan development where the removal of trees is required: $500 plus escrow fees.
   B.   Fees collected under this article shall be used by the Environmental Commission for expert tree evaluations for permit requests and other Environmental Commission initiatives.
