Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction before the Municipal Judge of the Town of Hammonton or other proper court, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.
