Laundry facilities shall be provided in the ratio of one double laundry tub and electric outlet and ironing board for every 20 trailers spaces. Drying spaces shall be provided sufficient to accommodate the laundry of the trailer occupants. The service building housing the laundry facilities shall be a permanent structure complying with all applicable ordinances and statutes regulating buildings, electrical, plumbing and sanitation sewerages and systems.
