No person shall park or permit to be parked any trailer, as herein defined, for dwelling purposes, either temporarily or permanently upon any street or plot of land within the Town of Hammonton except in a trailer camp; and no person shall park or permit to be parked any trailer in a trailer camp unless such person first obtained a license therefor.
