§ 261-8. Right to request specific towing service; applicability.

[Amended 11-16-2020 by Ord. No. 15-2020]

Nothing in this chapter shall control the right of any towing service to tow a vehicle where a specific towing service in the Town of Hammonton is requested by an owner. In like fashion, this chapter shall not apply to vehicles towed from private property. This chapter applies exclusively to vehicles that are either disabled or abandoned on a public road or highway of the Town of Hammonton.
