Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this article shall for each offense be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days, and each day's continuance of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
