As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION
Any apartment or condominium complex or combination of same which consists of rentable or sellable units on one tract of ground or one or more adjoining tracts of ground, consistent with the definitions contained within the town's land development ordinance.
PUBLIC DEDICATED RIGHT-OF-WAY
Any road, whether opened or unopened, which has been dedicated by any prior act of a property owner or developer which shows as a street on any filed map and which appears on the Tax Duplicate Map of the Town of Hammonton, as well as any street shown on any sketch plat introduced with the application for subdivision approval by the applicant to the Planning Board of the Town of Hammonton relating to the application under consideration.
