Any person, firm, corporation or organization that violates this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days. Each violation shall be considered as a separate offense, and each date of violation shall be considered as a separate offense when determining penalties under this section.
