§ 241-40. Recycling Coordinator.

The municipality shall have a Recycling Coordinator who shall be appointed by the Mayor and Council. The Recycling Coordinator shall have the authority, obligation and duty to administer the recycling program in the municipality. The Recycling Coordinator shall be under the jurisdiction of the Overseer of Highways.
