The Mayor and Council of the Town of Hammonton excludes from pickup service persons and/or companies occupying commercial and institutional establishments. These persons must otherwise provide for the collection of recyclable materials as the same are designated in the municipality's recycling regulations. Prior to April 1 of each year, said occupants must provide written documentation to the municipality of the total amount of materials recycled during the preceding calendar year.
