§ 241-37. Inclusion in development plans.

Any proposals for new development of five or more multifamily units and 1,000 square feet or more of commercial or industrial space must incorporate provisions for recycling in the site plans. The Town of Hammonton Master Plan must incorporate a recycling plan element and must be updated for recycling every six years.
