A. Each application shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of $100 and an escrow deposit of $500, in accordance with procedures established by the Town Council.
B. The applicant is responsible for all costs associated with the review of each application, which costs will be taken from the escrow account. Such costs may include but are not limited to engineers, consultants or other persons necessary, in the opinion of the Town Council or the Council's designee, for the approval of the application. The applicant is responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with the on-site inspection as the sludge-derived material is applied to the land.
