Use of sludge or sludge-derived products in quantities less than 25 pounds is not regulated by the Town of Hammonton; however, nothing in this chapter shall be construed as relieving an applicant of complying with the Pinelands application requirements and development standards set forth in Chapter 175, Land Development, of the Code of the Town of Hammonton and in N.J.A.C. 7:50-4 and 5.
