A. Any owner required to connect to the sewer system shall be given one year from the date of receiving notice, pursuant to this Article III, to connect to the sewer system.
B. Any owner required to connect to the sewer system who has installed a subsurface waste water disposal system 24 months prior to receiving notice of availability shall be given three years from the date of receiving notice of availability, providing the connection fee is paid within one year of receiving notice.
