A. Notice of the availability of sewer service shall be given by the Town Clerk/Administrator or the Town Clerk/Administrator's designated representative after the his/her office receives a certification, in writing, from the consulting engineer of a list or sites of such properties within the Town of Hammonton as may be compelled to comply with the provisions of this article.
B. Notice shall be served upon the owners of said properties personally or by leaving the same at the usual place of abode with a member of the family over the age of 18 years or, if such mode of service cannot be effected, then by mailing a copy of said notice to said owner or owners, by certified mail, addressed to him/her at said property or properties or at his/her usual place of abode.
