Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article or fail to comply therewith or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order or regulation made by this article and any person who may be employed or assist in the commission of any such violation or violations shall, upon conviction, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days, and each day during which such violation or violations shall continue or is allowed to exist shall constitute separate and distinct offenses.
